Me too. Ben no speaky da engrish good. Or the Queens English for that matter. Not making fun of accents in general, my husband has one. It just cracks me up these guys act like English is their primary language but have horrible grammar. Google translator or babel Fish could do a better job.

This guy also sounds like the Alsation guy.

I know you're not supposed to feed the trolls but sometimes it's fun...

My response to Benson:
Please send a deposit of $5000 US dollars in advance please. No checks, money orders or cashiers chec.. You can send the cash via US Post, Fed-ex or via Western Union. Again, US dollars only.

Thanks!

Got it too. Benson even went so far as sending a picture of 2 Boxers with a description of what the dogs eat. Anyone hear of Turkey and Spicey Magma Meal? Are the dogs even still alive after this kind of meal?

Not sure how his dogs can possibly be in all our states at the same time!

Beware of this guy!!!

Ha! I got the same email from "Ben", same description and pictures of the boxers and same instructions on feeding them. I get scam emails frequently enough that I've seen many variations.

EXACTLY! I was thinking the same, if he's from England then why is his "english" so horrible. I have been corresponding with him, sometimes I just delete these emails, sometimes I take it as far as they'll go, just for fun.

Ben Williams, two boxers

by Forum Member » Sun Sep 26, 2010 2:20 pm

I have been talking to this guy since Sept. 16, 2010 about caring for his two boxers in mid Oct. I thought it sounded fishy, so I decided to check out the scams posted here and found him.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions.

EXPERIENCED PETSITTER / DOGWALKER NEEDED FOR BELLA!!!!

by Forum Member » Mon Sep 27, 2010 6:23 am

This one is fishy but not as fishy as previous ones:

Hello,
I'm urgently seeking an experienced, dedicated pet sitter to watch over my cute little pet, a SAMOYED dog Bella by name.I'm flexible with start time, but preferably between 10AM - 3PM(MONDAY- FRIDAYS).Services would start at the middle of OCTOBER 25TH - NOVEMBER 24TH. What's your precise LOCATION? I need to know so as to know how close you are and also to make arrangements for the task.
A prompt response, via evansmith1000@gmail.comwould be appreciated.
Regards,

He's asking for my location instead of telling me where he lives, that's fishy. Also, the email is to me and 4 other local sitters. Samoyed is in caps instead of the name Bella, he says "the task" just doesn't sound like a pet owner. I think I just answered my own question!
