Has a ticket.zip file attached to the email, would recommend NOT opening the file.
The interesting thing is that when I've gotten these in the past -- typically from "Paypal" the point of the email is to click on their link to "dispute" the charge and thus enter in all your personal information, whereas this one doesn't have any such link, just the .zip file that I'm assuming they want me to open...
